Speaker Highlights

Teri Yanovitch, former seminar leader at the Disney Institute, will explain how exceptional customer service doesn’t just happen; it must be planned and managed if it is to be delivered consistently. This means ingraining it into the fabric of the organization so that it becomes known that service excellence is how you do business.

Your service philosophy and standards need to be established so all employees know the expectations of how to deliver great service. The customer experience must be orchestrated to ensure all opportunities to create exceptional and memorable moments will happen consistently. This session identifies the leadership actions needed to structure a culture of service excellence in healthcare as it relates to staff (your internal customer) and patients (the ultimate customer).

Dave Wilkins, HealthcareSource CMO, will also address attendees in a keynote session. Wilkins leads HealthSource's marketing strategy, overseeing corporate marketing, product marketing, and strategic alliances. Previously, he co-founded the Oracle Sales Academy, a sales enablement organization serving Oracle’s global sales team. Wilkins has also served as vice president of product marketing for Learn.com and as chief strategy officer for knowledge impact where he spearheaded OEM relationships with PeopleSoft, Clarify, and Witness Systems.
